Delete your account

This requests deletion of your CrypKey licence record — your name, email, phone and device details on file with us. It does not touch your vault, which is stored only on your device and which we never receive.

Deleting your licence record will deactivate your licence on this device. If you haven't exported a backup and want to keep your saved items, do that first from within the app before submitting this request.

Before you confirm

Your licence will be deactivated on this device immediately once processed.
Your name, email, phone and device details will be deleted from our records.
Your vault, PIN and any local backups are not affected — we never had them.
This action cannot be undone once processed.
